Roberto Innocent Faria, born on January 15, 2004, is a Brazilian racing driver currently competing in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with PHM Racing by Charouz. Hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Faria began his karting career at the age of 11 and quickly transitioned to European competitions, participating in the Karting World Championship in 2017 and competing for KR Motorsport in European and World championships in 2018.
Faria's single-seater debut came in 2019 in the F4 British Championship with Fortec Motorsports. He later competed in the GB3 Championship, achieving multiple podiums, including a win at Spa-Francorchamps in 2021. He finished fifth overall in the GB3 Championship in both 2021 and 2022. In 2022, Faria was also a member of the Sauber Academy, further highlighting his potential.
In 2023, Faria stepped up to the FIA Formula 3 Championship with PHM Racing by Charouz. Prior to single-seaters, he had a successful karting career with multiple State Championship honors in Brazil. While the 2023 F3 season didn't yield any points, Faria continues to hone his skills and gain experience in the competitive world of Formula 3, aiming to climb the motorsport ladder.
