Roald Goethe is a German entrepreneur and avid car enthusiast, best known for his ROFGO collection, comprised of around 46 iconic vehicles. This collection is considered one of the finest privately owned racing car collections in the world. Beyond collecting, Roald is an accomplished driver who regularly participates in prestigious races, often driving cars from his own collection.
Goethe's racing journey began after his passion for collecting classic cars ignited a desire to experience racing firsthand. He describes himself as a "hobby racer" or "gentleman driver," and has participated in the Le Mans 24 Hours three times in an Aston Martin from his collection. His racing record includes participation in series such as the Masters Racing Legends for 1966 to 1985 F1 Cars, and the Historic Grand Prix of Monaco.
