Jaskol's early career was marked by success in karting, winning the SKUSA SuperNationals and a World Karting Association championship in 1998. He transitioned to open-wheel racing, joining the Red Bull Driver Search program and winning Red Bull's first North American race in Formula BMW USA in 2004. The following year, he clinched the ASA Speed Truck Challenge championship. He further honed his skills in the Indy Pro Series.
