Marcos Flack, born on March 8, 2006, is a rising Australian racing driver currently making waves in both the GB3 Championship with Douglas Motorsport and the Italian F4 Championship with R-ace GP. Hailing from Brisbane, Queensland, Flack began his motorsport journey in karting at the tender age of five, quickly establishing himself as a formidable talent. He secured multiple karting championships, including the Bambino Queensland Cup in 2011 and 2012, and later, the Macau International Kart Grand Prix in 2016.

Transitioning to single-seater racing in 2021, Flack joined the F4 British Championship with Phinsys by Argenti, achieving three podium finishes in his debut season. He further expanded his experience by participating in select rounds of the ADAC Formula 4 and Italian F4 Championships. In 2022, Flack committed to a full season in Italian F4 with R-ace GP while also making appearances in the GB3 Championship with Douglas Motorsport. That year, he secured a podium finish in GB3 at Snetterton.

Marcos comes from a racing family, with his father, Damien Flack, being a former Porsche Carrera Cup Australia Championship amateur driver. Currently coached by British Touring Car Championship driver Dan Cammish, Marcos is aiming high, stating his ambition "To Win Porsche Super Cup." Recent results include competing in the Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup Australia, demonstrating his versatility across different racing disciplines.
