Kristian Poulsen, born on November 18, 1975, is a Danish auto racing driver with a diverse career spanning various racing disciplines. Poulsen's career began in karting and rallying, even participating in the World Rally Championship in 1995. Transitioning to touring cars in 2007, he initially competed in the Danish Touringcar Championship. He made his debut in the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) in 2008. In 2009, he secured a full-season WTCC drive with Liqui Moly Team Engstler, piloting a BMW 320si alongside team owner Franz Engstler. Notably, he clinched the LMP2 class victory at the 2009 24 Hours of Le Mans driving a Team Essex Porsche RS Spyder with Emmanuel Collard and Casper Elgaard.
Poulsen's achievements extend beyond touring cars. In 2022, he won the Michelin Le Mans Cup in GT3.
