Kelvin Fletcher

Kelvin Warren Fletcher, born January 17, 1984, is a multi-talented English personality known for his achievements as an actor, presenter, farmer, and racing driver. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Andy Sugden in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale, a role he held for over two decades, earning numerous British Soap Award nominations and wins. In 2019, Fletcher captivated audiences and won the seventeenth series of Strictly Come Dancing.

Fletcher's passion for motorsport led him to venture into racing in 2012. He obtained his MSA Competition Licence and secured a win in the 2012 Silverstone Classic Celebrity Challenge. He has since participated in various championships, including the Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain, British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), and the British GT Championship. In 2016, he signed with Power Maxed Racing to drive a Chevrolet Cruze in the BTCC. In 2019, he achieved significant success in the British GT Championship, being crowned GT4 champion. In 2021, Fletcher co-founded Paddock Motorsport, a GT racing team, alongside Martin Plowman. While he stepped away from the team in 2023 to focus on other career opportunities, his involvement highlights his commitment to the sport. In recent years, Fletcher has also shared his life on a 120-acre farm in the Peak District with his family in the BBC One documentary series, Kelvin's Big Farming Adventure. He continues to be involved in television, including Fletchers Family Farm on ITV.
