Hugo Valente, born on June 17, 1992, is a French former auto racing driver. Valente's career spanned several notable racing series, including the World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) and the TCR International Series.
Valente made his WTCC debut in 2012 with SUNRED Engineering, driving a SR León 1.6T. Over the years, he also raced for Campos Racing and the Lada factory team, securing six podium finishes in the series. In 2017, he transitioned to the TCR International Series, driving for Lukoil Craft-Bamboo Racing. However, he announced his retirement from motorsport midway through the season.
Prior to his WTCC career, Valente competed in the Formula Renault Eurocup 2.0 series, achieving a podium finish at Motorland Aragón in 2010. Valente's early career also included karting, where he began racing in 2006 and achieved success in events like the ICA Junior South Garda Cup.
