Bent Viscaal is a Dutch racing driver born on September 18, 1999, in Almelo, Netherlands. Known for his versatility, Viscaal has competed in various racing series, including the FIA World Endurance Championship with Iron Lynx. He resides in Albergen, a small Dutch town.
Viscaal's career began in karting in 2010, and he transitioned to formula racing in 2017, participating in both the SMP and Spanish Formula 4 Championships with MP Motorsport. He quickly gained recognition, securing runner-up positions in the 2017 SMP Formula 4 and Spanish F4 championships, as well as the 2018 Euroformula Open Championship. In 2019, Viscaal joined the FIA Formula 3 Championship with HWA Racelab and later raced for MP Motorsport in 2020, achieving a podium finish at the Hungaroring. 2021 saw him move up to Formula 2 with Trident.
In 2022, Viscaal shifted his focus to endurance racing, citing financial constraints within formula racing as the primary reason. He made a strong debut in the European Le Mans Series and participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with ARC Bratislava, demonstrating impressive pace and consistency.
