Kenny Murillo

Kenny Murillo, a rising talent in the world of motorsports, hails from Santa Rosa, California. Born into a racing family, with his father Ken Murillo being a former champion driver, Kenny has racing in his blood. While making his mark in the IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge USA, where he piloted the Apex Capital Porsche, supported by Topp Racing, he also works as a data engineer for the family-owned Murillo Racing team. This team competes in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge with two Mercedes GT4 cars.

Despite being relatively new to the GT3 Cup Challenge USA scene in 2020, Murillo is not a novice, having already accumulated significant racing experience with 19 races and 7 wins under his belt. He also understands the importance of teamwork in racing, acknowledging the contributions of everyone involved in achieving success on the track.

Born on September 10, 1996, the young American has shown promise and dedication in his racing career. While his father, Ken Murillo, secured championship titles in the Barber Saab Pro Series (1987) and Formula Super Vee USA (1988), Kenny is carving his own path, demonstrating both skill behind the wheel and a keen understanding of the technical aspects of racing.
