Andrew Higgins

Andrew Higgins is a New Zealand racing driver with a diverse career spanning various motorsport disciplines. He began his journey in karting before transitioning to single-seaters, making his mark in the competitive NZ Formula Ford Championship and Toyota Racing Series. Higgins has also ventured into the world of Formula 5000, even becoming the 2014 NZ Formula 5000 Champion. His talent and dedication have earned him recognition as one of New Zealand's top young drivers, known for his natural ability, speed, experience, and maturity.

Higgins' racing experience extends beyond New Zealand, with international appearances in Australia, England, and the Nürburgring 24 Hour Race in Germany. He was also a member of Motorsport NZ's Elite Motorsport Academy. Further solidifying his versatility, Higgins has experience driving the Arrows 3-seater Formula 1 car for Formula 1 Rides New Zealand, offering passenger experiences.

Throughout his career, Andrew Higgins has been mentored by Kiwi motorsport legend Ken Smith MBE, indicating a strong foundation and guidance in his racing pursuits. In 2017/18, he secured his second series title in the SAS Autoparts MSC NZ F5000 Tasman Cup Revival Series. More recently, he has a FIA Driver Categorisation of Bronze and has been racing in GT cars.
