Alessandro Cicognani, born on March 16, 1991, in Ravenna, Italy, is a versatile racing driver with experience ranging from GT racing to a brief stint in Formula One. Cicognani's career highlights include winning the Italian GT Championship in the GT Cup Class while driving a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup for Team Antonelli Motorsport. He also secured a class podium at the Aston Martin Le Mans Festival, finishing 4th overall and 2nd in the GT3 class behind the wheel of an Aston Martin DBRS9 for Villois Racing.

Cicognani gained some notoriety when he was signed by Generali Loonmotor Formula 1 Team in 2022, emerging from the Ligier single-make prototype racing scene. Despite questions about his outright speed compared to his competitors, his consistent and reliable approach allowed him to secure occasional points finishes, ultimately placing 23rd overall.
