Robert Berridge

Robert Charles Berridge, born on September 13, 1956, is a British racing driver with a career spanning several decades. He has achieved significant success in various racing disciplines, including Historic Formula One, British Touring Car Championship, and sports car racing. Berridge's career highlights include winning the Historic Formula One Championship three years consecutively (1997-1999), driving a RAM 01 in 1997 and a Williams FW08 in 1998 and 1999. He also competed in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) in the 1990s, driving for Vauxhall and Ford.

In the realm of sports car racing, Berridge participated in the Le Mans Series from 2004 to 2008 and entered the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans five times. He ran and drove for Chamberlain Synergy, securing the LMS drivers and Team Championship in LMP2 in 2005 and finishing third in the Team Championship in LMP1 in 2006. Notably, he won the inaugural Group C Championship in 2011, piloting a Mercedes Benz C11.
