Olivier Muytjens

Olivier Muytjens, born on April 14, 1981, is a Belgian racing driver with a career spanning over two decades. Muytjens began his motorsport journey in karting during the mid-1990s before transitioning to car racing. In his debut year, 2001, he clinched the Benelux Formula Ford First Division title, showcasing his natural talent. He also has experience coaching for vehicle manufacturers such as Jaguar, McLaren, Mercedes, and Porsche.

His early success propelled him into various racing series, including the German Formula König Championship in 2002, where he finished eighth. Muytjens also briefly participated in the German Formula 3 Championship in 2003. Later in his career, Muytjens found success in endurance racing, securing the Belgian Belcar Championship in the Silhouette category in 2003 and 2004 while driving a Ford Mondeo. In 2005, he added another national title to his name in a BMW 318 WTCC.

Muytjens has also achieved multiple class victories at the 24 Hours of Zolder, with a notable fourth-place overall finish in 2006. Other achievements include multiple class wins at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring (2002, 2016, 2017). He continues to be active in motorsport, recently participating in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS) and the ADAC Ravenol 24h Nürburgring, showcasing his enduring passion for racing.
