Bryan Ortiz

Bryan Ortiz, born on February 10, 1989, is a professional auto racing driver hailing from Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Ortiz has built a diverse career across various racing series, demonstrating his talent and adaptability. Currently, he competes in the Michelin Pilot Challenge, driving the No. 6 Honda Civic Type R TCR for Montreal Motorsports Group.

Ortiz's journey includes significant experience in NASCAR, having participated in the K&N Pro Series East and West. As a former member of the Drive for Diversity program, he spent two full-time seasons in the K&N Pro Series East, driving the No. 4 Toyota for Rev Racing. In 2012, he achieved an impressive fifth-place finish in the points standings, securing nine top-ten finishes, with a best result of third at Bowman Gray Stadium. The following year, he finished fourteenth in points with six top-ten finishes, including a third-place finish at Road Atlanta.

Beyond NASCAR, Ortiz has made a name for himself in sports car racing. He has competed in series such as TC America, the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America, and the Mazda MX-5 Cup. Notably, he captured the Mazda MX-5 Cup championship in 2019, marking a significant milestone in his career. This achievement led to an opportunity to drive the Mazda3 TCR in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, further showcasing his versatility and skill on the track.
