HAN MINGWAN

Han Mingwan is a South Korean racing driver who began his professional career in 2008, joining the SNBC Racing Team. He has participated in several racing events, including the Ecsta Time Trial Championship, DDGT, and Super Race. Before becoming a racer, Han was also involved in the entertainment industry as a comedian, making his debut with KBS in 2006. In 2016, he mentioned in an interview that he was drawn to racing games and started amateur racing after buying a used car.

Throughout his racing career, Han Mingwan has achieved notable success. In 2010, he secured his first season victory in the GTM (GT Masters) series Elisa class. Racing as part of the Loctite-HK team in 2013, he prepared for the KSF Genesis Coupe Championship. He finished third in the Genesis Coupe Championship 20 class at the Korea Speed Festival's opening game in 2015, even after starting in 19th place due to a disqualification in the preliminaries. In 2019, he placed third in the opening race of the Korea Express Super Race Radical Cup Asia and won the second race. As a member of Beat R&D, he participated in the Super Race GT1 class in the 2020 season, finishing second overall. More recently, he has been seen competing in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Asia.

Transitioning from comedy to racing, Han Min Gwan demonstrated his determination and skill in motorsports. In 2022, he stated his desire to prove himself as a racer without relying on his reputation as a comedian. He has also ventured into business, establishing a video production company that creates promotional videos and online class videos. Han Min Gwan continues to be a prominent figure in South Korean motorsport.
