Gavin Sanders

Gavin Sanders, a 22-year-old Canadian racing driver from Mount Albert, has made a name for himself in North American sportscar racing. His career has been marked by consistent success and a drive to excel in various racing series. In 2020, he was awarded "Rookie of the Year" in the Nissan Micra Cup. Continuing his ascent, Sanders achieved notable success in the Nissan Sentra Cup and was the Vice-Champion in the SRO GT4 America Silver class in 2022, securing an impressive ten podium finishes, including two wins.

In 2023, Sanders co-founded Sanders Motorsport with his sister Ellen. He also achieved a 3rd place finish in the Radical Cup Canada Championship. Sanders Motorsport has expanded and partnered with Subaru of Mississauga in 2024, introducing the Subaru BRZ TCA to Canadian Sportscar racing. In addition to his on-track endeavors, Gavin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration – Automotive at Georgian College. He replaced Chad McCumbee in the No. 13 Ford Mustang GT4 for the Road America 120 race in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge Championship in August 2024.
