Jan-Erik Slooten, born on September 28, 1984, is a German racing driver, web video producer, and entrepreneur. Currently 40 years old, Slooten has been a fixture in German motorsports for over a decade. He began participating in the Porsche Sports Cup Deutschland in 2010. In 2012, he co-founded RP Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH with Dirk Mansfeld and registered the associated RING POLICE brand. Through this team, he continues to compete in the Porsche Sports Cup Deutschland, also offering tuning services, selling rare sports cars (primarily Porsches), and providing motorsport coaching.

Slooten's career includes participation in the ADAC GT Masters, where he teamed up with Lucas Luhr in the Iron Force Racing by RING POLICE team starting in 2018. Together with Jean Pierre Kraemer, they founded the team, campaigning a Porsche 911 GT3 R. He has 64 starts in the ADAC GT Masters, achieving two podium finishes. He has also participated in prestigious endurance races, including the 24 Hours of Nürburgring, where he finished 12th overall in 2018 with the GetSpeed Performance team. In 2021, Slooten ventured into prototype racing, joining Phoenix Racing in the Asian Le Mans Series alongside Vincent Kolb and Leo Weiss, driving a Ligier JS P320 in the LMP3 class. In recent years, he has been associated with the KKrämer Racing team, participating in the Nürburgring Endurance Series and the ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers, driving a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup.
