Arno Klasen, born in 1967 in Karlshausen, Germany, is a highly accomplished German race car driver renowned for his extensive career in the VLN endurance racing series on the Nürburgring. Klasen began his racing journey in karting before transitioning to VLN in 1994. He has secured an impressive 26 overall wins in the VLN series, placing him fourth in the rankings behind Jürgen Alzen, Olaf Manthey, and Ullrich Richter. Notably, many of these victories were achieved while driving a Jürgen Alzen Porsche.

Klasen's expertise extends beyond the VLN, as he was also part of the Seikel Motorsport roster for the 2004 Le Mans Series season, although he ultimately did not participate in any races. In 2006, he was entered for the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans. In 2011, Klasen celebrated his 25th overall win with Lucas Luhr at the 43rd ADAC Barbarossapreis race, driving a Manthey-Racing Porsche 911 GT3 R.
