Thiago Vivacqua

Thiago Vivacqua is a Brazilian racing driver born on December 16, 1996, in Rio de Janeiro. As of March 2025, he is 28 years old. Vivacqua's career began in single-seaters, debuting in Formula Renault in 2013 and continuing in open-wheeled motorsport until 2017, with highlights including a Brazilian championship, Copa do Brasil Champion, 500 milhas Champion in 2011, and Thomas Knooper Champion in 2012, as well as Vice-champion in the WSK Final Cup. He later ventured into GT racing in 2019 in the GT Cup Open.

After a hiatus, Vivacqua returned to racing in 2022, competing in the DTM Trophy in Europe and finishing fourth overall driving an Audi R8. In 2023, he made a one-off appearance in TCR. In 2024, Vivacqua signed up for a full season of TCR South America, driving a Toyota Corolla GRS TCR for the Cobra Racing Team. His move to TCR marks a new chapter in his career, focusing on front-wheel-drive cars. Vivacqua sees this as an opportunity for growth in a concept that is gaining visibility both in Brazil and globally and allows the possibility of competing in the FIA TCR World Tour.
