Matthias Luethen

Matthias Lüthen, born on December 16, 1980, is a German businessman and racing driver. Beyond the boardroom as the founder and managing director of a real estate agency, Lüthen & Co. Immobilien, Matthias embraces his passion for motorsports, showcasing his versatility.

Luethen's racing journey began in 2019, diving into single-seaters with an appearance in the Formula Renault Eurocup. He further honed his skills in Euroformula Open and the Formula 3 Asian Championship. In 2021, he transitioned to endurance racing in LMP3, joining Team Virage for the Michelin Le Mans Cup. Partnering with Sacha Lehmann, a silver-ranked driver, he piloted the #16 Ligier JS P320. He has also participated in the Euroformula Open Championship, racing for Motopark. Currently, Matthias competes in the Prototype Cup Germany, driving a Duqueine M30 - D08 LMP3 for Mühlner Motorsport.

His career highlights include finishing 18th in the 2020 Euroformula Open and 10th in the 2019 Austrian Formula Renault 2.0 Cup. In 2022, he achieved a notable 3rd position in the Prototype Cup Germany.
