Jonathon Webb, born on December 10, 1983, is an Australian former professional racing driver and team owner. Webb's career highlights include winning the prestigious Bathurst 1000 in 2016 with Will Davison. He also achieved victory in the Bathurst 12 Hour race in the same year, driving a GT McLaren, making him the only driver to accomplish both in a single calendar year.
Webb's journey in motorsport began with racing Porsches under the family-run Tekno Autosports banner, following in the footsteps of his father, Steve Webb. He competed in the Australian Carrera Cup Championship for several years, securing a third-place finish in 2005. His debut in the V8 Supercars Championship came in 2006 as a co-driver. In 2007, Webb transitioned to full-time Supercar racing in the second-tier Fujitsu V8 Supercar Series (now Super2 Series), driving a Stone Brothers Racing-prepared Ford Falcon, achieving fourth and third in the first and second seasons respectively. He won the Super2 series in 2009 with MW Motorsport.
In 2010, Webb secured a Racing Entitlement Contract for Tekno Autosports, forming a technical alliance with Dick Johnson Racing. That year, he won his first V8 Supercar race at the Sydney Telstra 500. In 2011, Tekno Autosports became an independent team, running Triple Eight Race Engineering-preparedHolden Commodores. After stepping back from full-time driving at the end of 2013, Webb focused on co-driving roles and launched Team Sydney in 2020 before selling it. In 2024, Jonathon Webb returned to racing, driving the #88 in Bathurst for Super2 team Eggleston Motorsport.
