Darren Currie

Darren Currie is an Australian racing driver with a Bronze FIA Driver Categorisation. While his official racing stats show no podiums or race wins as of late 2024, Currie has been actively involved in various racing events, particularly in endurance racing.

In early 2024, Currie competed in the Dubai 24 Hours race as part of the MARC Cars Australia team. Later in the same year, he partnered with Axle Donaldson and Rylan Gray at the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour, driving a MARC II entry and defending their class title from the previous year. The team finished second in the GTX class at the Dubai 24 Hour race. He has also participated in the GT World Challenge Australia Powered by AWS, driving Car 111 in the Invitational Class.

Currie has experience racing with MARC Cars Australia, driving the IRC GT. He was quoted as saying the MARC cars are well-prepared, indicating a positive relationship with the team and satisfaction with their service.
