Reinhard Kofler

Reinhard Kofler, born on December 5, 1984, is an Austrian racing driver with a diverse and accomplished career spanning various racing disciplines. Kofler began his racing journey in karting, achieving significant success early on, including winning the European Karting Championship in 1999. His early successes also include 1st in the German Championship Formel BMW ADAC Junior in 2001 and World Masters Donington Formel Renault 2.0 in 2003.

Transitioning to single-seaters, Kofler competed in Formula BMW, Formula Renault, and Formula Three, showcasing his talent and versatility. In recent years, he has become a prominent figure in GT racing, particularly with KTM, and has also been a KTM works driver in the GT4 European Series. He has achieved considerable success in the GT categories, participating in series such as the GT2 European Series, ADAC GT4 Germany, and the DTM Trophy. He currently races in the Fanatec GT2 European Series - Pro-Am, achieving multiple wins and podiums.

Kofler's extensive racing record includes participation in over 247 races, securing 46 wins, 94 podiums, 22 pole positions and 22 fastest laps, demonstrating his consistent performance and competitive spirit. He has raced for teams such as True Racing and Top Speed, and has experience with cars ranging from Formula Renault to the KTM X-Bow GT4 and GT2. In 2020 the NLS offered Ktm X-Bow GT4 action and Reinhard Kofler was part of it. His career highlights include a strong presence in the BOSS GP Racing Series, where he has driven Dallara GP2 cars.
