Aperçu du Pilote

Inès Taittinger, born on April 7, 1990, is a French endurance racing driver who competes for CD Sport in the French championship: VdeV, proto endurance challenge category since 2009. She was introduced to motorsports by her father, Hugues Taittinger, and her godfather and mentor, Philippe Alliot, a former F1 and Le Mans driver. Taittinger started racing at the age of 20 and has since made a name for herself in the world of endurance racing.

Taittinger's career highlights include participating in the 25 Heures de Spa-Francorchamps VW Fun Cup with Kronos Racing in 2013 and racing in the LM-P2 category at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2016 with Morgan. She has achieved success in the Endurance Tourism Trophy, securing a first-place finish at Albi and a third-place finish at Magny-Cours in 2013. In the same year, she and her teammate Kevin Bole-Besançon finished third in the 12 Hours of Motorland Aragon race in the V de V championship endurance Series. In 2019, she attempted to qualify for the W Series but did not progress beyond the evaluation day.

Beyond racing, Taittinger is the official ambassador of the city of Touquet-Paris-Plage in France since 2013. Born with a heart defect, she underwent open-heart surgery at three days old. This experience led to her involvement with Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque, a French charity association that raises funds to heal children suffering from heart defects worldwide.
