Kilpa-ajaja Joel Sturm

Joel Sturm, born on November 29, 2001, is a rising star in the world of German motorsports. Currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Manthey Pure Rxcing, Sturm has quickly made a name for himself since transitioning from karting to car racing. Sturm began his karting career at the age of eight. Progressing into GT4 racing in 2020 with Allied-Racing in the ADAC GT4 Germany series, he secured a podium finish in his debut season. The following year, he entered the GT4 European Series, achieving his first sportscar racing victory at Spa-Francorchamps and another win in Barcelona.

In late 2021, Sturm advanced to GT3 competition, participating in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup. He later joined Allied Racing in the ADAC GT Masters, showcasing his talent with two podiums at the Nürburgring. His career continued its upward trajectory, and by 2024, he had secured the FIA World Endurance Championship LMGT3 title. He also won the Porsche Cup in 2024 as the most successful amateur driver in Porsche machinery.

Throughout late 2024 and early 2025, Sturm further solidified his reputation by winning the 2024-25 Asian Le Mans Series with Manthey Racing, alongside teammates Klaus Bachler and Antares Au.
