Kilpa-ajaja Alessio Rovera

Alessio Rovera, born on June 22, 1995, is a highly accomplished Italian racing driver. Rovera's career began in karting from 2008 to 2012, where he achieved numerous podiums and victories. Transitioning to single-seaters in 2013, he promptly secured the Italian Formula Aci-Csai Abarth Champion title. After gaining international experience, he shifted to GT racing, claiming an Italian title in a Porsche one-make series in 2017.

His career gained significant momentum in 2019 when he was crowned Italian GT Sprint Champion. Driving for the AF Corse team, he piloted the Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo 2020 to victory in the Italian GT Endurance Championship in 2020. In 2021, Rovera made his debut in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) in the LMGTE Am class, partnering with François Perrodo and Nicklas Nielsen. The trio achieved remarkable success, winning both the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the FIA Endurance Trophy for drivers. His outstanding performance earned him the "Revelation of the Year" award.

Rovera's success continued, leading to his appointment as an official Ferrari Competizioni GT Driver. In 2022, he secured the LMP2 Pro-Am class title in the FIA WEC and contributed to the development of the Ferrari 499P Hypercar. He also achieved a class victory at the Spa 24 Hours. In 2024, driving the 296 LMGT3, he secured a pole position at Fuji and a victory at the 8 Hours of Bahrain. His achievements in the GT World Challenge Europe – Endurance Cup culminated in Drivers and Team titles with AF Corse – Francorchamps Motors.
