Petru Gabriel Florescu, born on January 4, 1999, is a Romanian racing driver with a career spanning various racing series. Florescu's motorsport journey began with karting in 2007 at the age of eight. He transitioned to single-seater racing in 2015, debuting in the UK-based MSA Formula series with Carlin. He showed promise early on, finishing sixth overall in his second season in the series.
In December 2016, Florescu participated in GP3 post-season testing with Campos Racing. The following year, Campos signed him for their Euroformula Open division.
