Mateusz Kaprzyk is a Polish racing driver born on September 29, 2001. He began his racing journey in karting, achieving early success by winning the Karting Cup series in 2014 and securing second place in the Moravsky Puchar in the Czech Republic. His karting career peaked in 2017 when he won the Polish Karting Championship in the Rotax Max Senior category. In 2018, he finished as the second runner-up in the Polish Karting Championship and competed in international events such as the Rotax Cup, ROK Cup, and the Italian Karting Championship, where he achieved two 6th place finishes.

Kaprzyk transitioned to formula racing in 2020, participating in the Italian Formula 4 Championship. At Imola, he became the first Polish driver to score points in the series. In 2021, he made his debut in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) with Eurointernational, later joining the Inter Europol Competition team for the remainder of the season and the entire 2022 season. In 2023, he joined the British team RLR MSport in the LMP3 class of ELMS.

In 2024, Marcin Budkowski became Kaprzyk's sports manager, with their shared goal being to eventually compete in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Although Kaprzyk did not participate in ELMS in 2024 due to budget constraints, he participated in the Goodwood Festival of Speed driving the AGTZ Twin Tail.
