Brett Lidsey

Brett Lidsey is a British racing driver hailing from Dartford, Kent, born on August 6, 1991. Lidsey's racing career began on two wheels as a Schoolboy Motocross enthusiast, but after an injury, he transitioned to four-wheeled motorsport in 2011. He quickly made his mark, securing his first title in 2012 in the Canons Motor Spares Tin Top Saloons. He then progressed to the Michelin Clio Cup Series in 2013, becoming a multiple race winner and finishing as Vice-Champion in 2016 before moving to the Renault UK Clio Cup.

In 2018, Lidsey joined MRM Racing in the Renault UK Clio Cup, showcasing strong performances. 2019 saw him achieve fourth place in the Renault UK Clio Cup with two race victories. Lidsey has also achieved wins in the Clio Cup Benelux and raced competitively in the International Clio Cup Open. In 2020, Lidsey raced full-time in the Nürburgring Endurance Series with Sorg Rennsport, driving a BMW 240i. He continues to participate in various racing events, including the Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring. Lidsey is sponsored by Liftout Ltd, and has worked with teams such as 20Ten Racing and MRM Racing.
