Daniel De Jong

Daniël de Jong, born on July 9, 1992, is a Dutch racing driver with a career spanning various racing series. Hailing from Rotterdam, Netherlands, De Jong began his motorsport journey in karting before transitioning to single-seater cars.

De Jong's early career included participation in the Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup (NEC) and Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0. He progressed to the Formula Renault 3.5 Series and Auto GP, gaining valuable experience in open-wheel racing. In 2012, De Jong made his debut in the GP2 Series, a feeder series to Formula 1, where he competed for teams like Rapax and MP Motorsport. Over several seasons in GP2, he gained experience. More recently, he has been competing in the 24H Series, specifically in the GT3 class with MP Motorsport. His recent racing activity includes participation in the Michelin 24H Series Middle East Trophy.
