Cristian Pescatori

Cristian Pescatori, born on December 1, 1971, in Brescia, Italy, is a former professional racing driver who achieved significant success primarily in sports car racing. Pescatori began his career in single-seaters, showcasing his talent early on by winning the Italian Formula 3 Championship in 1993. He then progressed to Formula 3000 before transitioning to the world of sports car racing, where he truly made his mark.

His career highlights include winning the Sports Racing World Cup in 2000 and securing the FIA GT Championship's N-GT class title in 2001, both accomplished while driving for JMB Racing. In 2002, Pescatori became an Audi works driver, a testament to his skill and reputation, and promptly won the prestigious 12 Hours of Sebring. Demonstrating his endurance racing prowess, he also achieved two overall podium finishes at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2001 and 2002. His success continued with a GTS Championship title in the 2005 Le Mans Endurance Series.

After 2006, Pescatori reduced his racing commitments, participating in select endurance races and contributing as a test driver for electric racing cars. Currently retired from professional driving, he shares his expertise as a driver coach and instructor for Krypton Motorsport and Udrive, a racing tuition company based in his hometown of Brescia. Pescatori's career boasts impressive statistics, including 23 wins, 58 podiums, 22 pole positions, and 16 fastest laps out of 180 starts.
