Zachary Vanier

Zachary Vanier is a rising star in the world of Canadian motorsports. Born in Garson, Ontario, Vanier began his racing journey in snowcross before transitioning to go-karts at the age of nine. He quickly dominated his local circuit, Sudbury Kartways, winning three consecutive track championships. In 2016, he secured the Canadian National Karting Championship title in the Briggs & Stratton Junior class.

Vanier's career progressed to the Canadian F1600 Championship, where he demonstrated rapid improvement. His first season culminated in a win at Circuit Mont-Tremblant, setting the stage for a successful second season with 17 podiums in 18 races. In 2020, Vanier won the TCR class Championship in the Canadian Touring Car Championship (CTCC). After a period on the sidelines, he joined Multimatic Motorsports in the Sports Car Championship Canada (SCCC) before moving to MDK Motorsports and the Porsche Motorsport North America (PMNA) Junior Development Programme.

In 2023, Vanier dominated the 992 Pro-Am category of the Porsche Sprint Challenge North America, clinching the championship with an impressive 12 wins in 14 races. This achievement led to his promotion to the Porsche Carrera Cup North America, a support series to the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. In 2024, he joined JDX Racing and secured his first Carrera Cup victory at the Miami Grand Prix.
