Thomas Surgent is an American racing driver with experience in GT America and Pirelli GT4 America. Surgent, a native of Dallas, Texas, has shown considerable promise in his racing career.
In 2022, Surgent teamed up with McLaren driver Michael O'Brien to compete in the Pirelli GT4 America Series with Privé Motorsports and Topp Racing, piloting a McLaren 570S GT4. That year, despite being a rookie, he demonstrated his talent, nearly securing a win at Circuit of the Americas and battling for the lead at the Nashville Street Circuit. More recently, Surgent has been competing in the 24H Series Middle East Trophy - GT3, driving a McLaren 720S GT3 Evo for Race Lab. In January 2024, he participated in the Hankook 6H Abu Dhabi, showcasing his ability to advance through the field, gaining 18 positions in his stint.
Surgent's racing endeavors are supported by Tentador Tequila Racing, partnering with RACELAB. This collaboration has led to impressive results, including a first-place finish at the Barcelona season finale in the McLaren Trophy series.
