Matthew Greenwood is a racing driver hailing from the United Kingdom. Born in Easingwold, near York, Greenwood quickly made a name for himself in the motorsport world. Starting with endurance karting, he progressed through various junior championships, demonstrating his talent and determination early on.
In 2018, at just 16 years old, Greenwood achieved a significant milestone by becoming the youngest-ever Britcar Dunlop Endurance Champion. That same year, he secured back-to-back podium finishes at Silverstone in the Britcar Dunlop Endurance Championship, marking a strong start to his senior racing career. His early success led to him being signed as a Strakka Racing Junior Development Driver in 2019, providing him with advanced coaching and opportunities to hone his skills in GT cars.
