Eduardo Mortara

Edoardo Alberto Gérard "Edo" Mortara, born on January 12, 1987, is a highly accomplished Swiss-Italian-French professional racing driver. Known for his versatility and prowess on street circuits, Mortara currently competes in Formula E for Mahindra Racing and in the IMSA SportsCar Championship for Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse.

Mortara's career began in karting, achieving significant success before transitioning to Formula Racing in 2006. He quickly made his mark in Formula Renault and the Formula Three Euroseries, where he became champion in 2010. His early achievements also include multiple victories at the prestigious Macau Grand Prix, earning him the nickname "Mr. Macau" with a record of ten wins in both Formula 3 and GT races.

From 2011 to 2018, Mortara competed in the German DTM Championship, initially with Audi and later with Mercedes, securing ten wins and finishing as runner-up in 2016. He debuted in Formula E in 2017 with Venturi Formula E Team, achieving consistent top-ten finishes and narrowly missing the championship title in 2021. Mortara continues to be a prominent figure in motorsport, showcasing his talent and determination across various racing disciplines.
