Starting with a childhood fascination for slot cars, Schwab quickly transitioned to karting, where he earned multiple titles and made a name for himself in Northeast championships. His move to car racing began with the Skip Barber Summer Series, where he consistently finished in the top 10.

Schwab's career demonstrates a clear dedication to sports car racing. At just 17, he entered the IMSA Prototype Challenge Presented by Michelin Tire series, driving a Mazda Prototype Challenge car for Forty7 Motorsports. This move was a strategic step towards his goal of competing in IMSA's premier WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. In 2022, Schwab partnered with Nick Parmelee to drive the Lamborghini Philadelphia car in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America Series, showcasing his adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges.
