Sita Vanmeert

Sita Vanmeert is a rising star in the world of motorsports, hailing from Belgium. Born in Ranst, this talented 18-year-old has quickly transitioned from a successful karting career to making her mark in car racing. Vanmeert's karting achievements include a gold medal at the FIA Motorsport Games in 2022, showcasing her skills in endurance karting. In 2023, she participated in the IAME Winter Cup - X30 Senior, further honing her racecraft.

In 2024, Vanmeert embarked on a new chapter, joining the NXT Gen Cup, an all-electric junior championship. She was the first confirmed female driver for the season, which includes iconic circuits like Monaco and Hockenheim. Sita also competed in the Ligier European Series, driving the #86 Les Deux Arbres machine. In the Ligier European Series finale at Portimão, she secured her first JS2R class podium finish, demonstrating her continuous improvement and adaptability. Throughout the 2024 Ligier European Series, Sita secured a total of 86 points, finishing 7th in the driver's standings.
