Richard Coleman

Richard Coleman is a racing driver hailing from the United Kingdom. While specific details about his early racing career are scarce, he has a diverse background in the motorsport world. Coleman's career began with an engineering apprenticeship with the Mitsubishi World Rally Championships team when he was 16, which allowed him to travel and learn about motorsport. He then transitioned into the World Touring Car Championships (WTCC) with Chevrolet. Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, Coleman started his own WTCC race team in his twenties and achieved considerable success. His experience extends to Formula 3, World Endurance, and GT racing teams in Asia.

More recently, Coleman has returned to competitive racing in the Historic Formula Ford 2000 Championship series. His passion for competition remains strong, and he is currently placed third in the driver's championship with his next race at Brands Hatch.

Beyond driving, Coleman has also founded Mayfield Sports Management and has over 15 years of experience in World Championship Motorsports. He founded Bamboo Engineering, a racing team, and merged it with Craft Racing in 2014 to form Craft Bamboo Racing. He has key relationships with Formula One teams. Coleman was also an Elected Representative to the FIA.
