Patrik Matthiesen

Patrik Matthiesen is a 26-year-old Danish racing driver with aspirations of competing at Le Mans. Born on August 21, 1998, Matthiesen began his motorsport journey at the young age of six with karting.

Matthiesen's career includes participation in several racing series. In 2015, his first year in car racing, he competed in the British Ginetta Junior Championship with HHC Motorsport, securing the Rookie title and finishing sixth overall, achieving one pole position, fifteen podiums and three fastest laps. The following year, he participated in the British F4 with JTR (Joe Tandy Racing). In 2017, he won the 24H TCE SP3-GT4 Series with CWS and Colin White. Overall P2. He also set a track record at Misano, securing 4 podiums and 2 poles. 2018 saw him finishing fourth in the British GT4 Championship with HHC Motorsport. In 2019, he competed in the British GT4 with Optimum Motorsport, partnering with Mike Robinson, and joined the Aston Martin Academy. 2020, British GT4, P2 in class missing 11,5 points. Drove with Jordan Collard in HHC. 3 Poles, 2 wins, 2 times P2, 3 times P3. In 2022, Matthiesen participated in the GT World Challenge Europe as part of the German team AlliedRacing, driving a Porsche 911 GT3R. In 2023, he joined Leipert Motorsport in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe and was included in the Lamborghini Junior Academy.
