Patrice GOUESLARD

Patrice Goueslard, born on November 26, 1965, in Caen, France, is a seasoned professional French racing driver specializing in GT and endurance racing. Goueslard's motorsport journey began in karting, where he achieved significant success, including four Normandy championships between 1983 and 1987, a French vice-championship in 1988, and the "Jean-Claude Alazard" international trophy in 1989. He transitioned to Formula racing, competing in French and European Formula Renault championships from 1990 to 1993 after a stint in Formula 3 with École de Pilotage AVIA-La Châtre.

In 1994, Goueslard shifted his focus to grand touring cars, entering the Porsche Carrera Cup France and securing the amateur title in 1995. Since then, he has participated in numerous prestigious events, including sixteen participations in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with a best finish of 5th in 1997. He has also achieved category wins at the 24 Hours of Daytona and in the Le Mans Series. He also secured second place in the Porsche Cup in 2001.

Goueslard's accomplishments include multiple titles in the French GT Championship and a GT1 title in the Le Mans Series with Luc Alphand Aventures. In 2010, driving for Larbre Compétition, he secured the Le Mans Series GT1 title alongside Gabriele Gardel and Fernando Rees. Throughout his career, Goueslard has been a sought-after driver for major national and international endurance and grand touring events, showcasing his skill and consistency on the track.
