Olivier Gomez is a French racing driver with a diverse background in motorsport, highlighted by his role as co-founder and driver for Vortex SAS, a racing team established in 2015 with his brother Arnaud. Together, they design, build, and race their own GT cars, competing in series like the 24H Series, Ultimate Cup Series, and Campeonato de España de GT. Olivier's experience extends back to his early beginnings in karting at the age of three, shaping a lifelong dedication to racing.

Gomez's career is intertwined with the development and success of Vortex cars. In 2024, he and his brother Arnaud secured a significant victory at Magny-Cours in the Ultimate Cup GT Endurance season with the Vortex 2.0, marking the manufacturer's first win with the updated model.
