Přehled závodníka
Norman Nato, born on July 8, 1992, is a French racing driver with a diverse career spanning various motorsport disciplines. Nato began his karting career at a young age, achieving success in French championships and the Monaco Kart Cup. He transitioned to single-seaters, finishing as runner-up in the 2010 F4 Eurocup 1.6 and the 2012 Formula Renault 2.0 Alps season. A significant moment came in 2014 when he secured victories in both Monaco and Hungary in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series. He then progressed to the GP2 Series (now Formula 2), earning three wins and eight podiums, ultimately finishing fifth overall in 2016.
Nato's career also includes notable achievements in endurance racing. He finished third in the 2018 European Le Mans Series and the 2019/20 FIA World Endurance Championship, including a second-place finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In Formula E, Nato debuted with ROKiT Venturi Racing in 2021, marking his entry into all-electric street racing. Despite facing challenges, he concluded his rookie season with a dominant victory in Berlin, becoming only the third driver to win a race in their rookie season. After a season as reserve driver, Nato returned to Formula E with Nissan, showcasing his speed with a second-place finish in Rome. After a stint at Andretti, Nato is back with the Nissan team for Season 11. He also competes in the World Endurance Championship for Jota Sport in the Hypercar category.
