Nicolai Sylvest

Nicolai Sylvest is a Danish racing driver born on June 22, 1997. He has experience in various racing disciplines, including Formula 3, GT racing, and touring cars. Sylvest began his racing career in karting, where he achieved success by winning the Danish Automobile Sports Union's Championship for junior drivers in the Cadett Junior class.

In recent years, Sylvest has primarily focused on touring car racing, competing in the TCR Denmark series. He made the switch from GT3 to TCR at the beginning of 2020. He has consistently been a frontrunner in the series, securing two third-place finishes in the drivers' championship in 2022 and 2023. In those two years, he achieved an impressive nine wins, leading to a high ranking in the KUMHO TCR World Ranking. In 2015, Sylvest unexpectedly had the chance to debut in the FIA World Endurance Championship at the Fuji circuit, driving for Larbre Competition.

Sylvest's career has seen him behind the wheel of various cars, including the Volkswagen Golf GTI, CUPRA Leon Competición, and Mercedes SLS AMG. He has also driven for teams such as Rowe Racing, MRS GT-Racing, LM Racing and Green Development. His experience in both GT and touring cars makes him a versatile and accomplished driver.
