Marko Helistekangas

Marko Helistekangas is a Finnish racing driver born on February 15, 1995, in Vantaa, Finland. While currently holding a Silver FIA Driver Categorisation, Helistekangas has experience in various racing series, primarily in karting and the V1600 Cup. A significant achievement in his early career was winning the V1600 Cup Finland in 2013.

In 2015, Helistekangas secured 1st place in the Euro Series by Nova Race. Later, in 2017, he partnered with Caitlin Wood in the Blancpain Sprint Series, driving for Reiter Engineering. The team participated in the first round before being promoted to the Blancpain Endurance Series, where they were joined by Tomáš Enge. However, due to budgetary limitations, they only competed in the 1000km of Paul Ricard and the 3 Hours of Barcelona, without scoring any points.

Outside of racing, Helistekangas joined VALOR Partners as a management consultant in August 2022. Before that, he worked at McKinsey & Company and RELEX Solutions. He has a long competitive history in car racing, including being part of Lamborghini's GT racing team.
