Malthe Jakobsen

Malthe Jakobsen, born on October 29, 2003, is a rising star in the world of motorsports hailing from Denmark. At just 21 years old, Jakobsen has already made a significant impact in both single-seater and endurance racing. His career began in karting at a young age, followed by a transition to Formula 4 in 2018. He competed in the F4 Danish Championship, securing podiums and a pole position.

In 2020, Jakobsen shifted his focus to prototype racing, joining the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) in the LMP3 category. His talent and maturity quickly became apparent, leading to a tenth-place finish in his rookie season with a podium at Le Castellet. The year 2022 marked a turning point in his career as he clinched the European Le Mans Series LMP3 title with Cool Racing, showcasing his exceptional skills with multiple pole positions and race wins.

Jakobsen's outstanding performances earned him recognition from Peugeot TotalEnergies, where he was named an official Junior driver. This role involves contributing to the development of the Peugeot 9X8 Hypercar through simulator work and on-track testing. In 2023, he also broadened his racing experience by competing in LMP2, achieving success in the Asian Le Mans Series and securing Pro-Am trophies in ELMS and at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In 2025, he began competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Peugeot.
