John Mueller

John Mueller is a versatile American racing driver with a career spanning decades, demonstrating expertise in both driving and chassis development. Beginning his racing journey at 18, Mueller quickly made a name for himself in SCCA club racing, earning the Pete Sharland Memorial award. He further solidified his presence in SCCA Pro Racing, dominating his debut 3-hour race at Sears Point in a self-constructed Mazda GTUs. His IMSA racing endeavors involved driving for VW and Honda-backed teams, honing his skills in endurance races across the United States.

Beyond his driving achievements, Mueller is a chassis specialist. He draws on his extensive road racing experience to engineer high-performance suspension components, even illustrated in Sport Compact Car Magazine, where he won the Road Course event at California Speedway in the Ultimate Street Car Challenge. Mentored by industry leaders like Dave Kent and Harry Haggard, Mueller's technical prowess extends to chassis design and tuning.

More recently, Mueller has been involved with Muellerized, a company specializing in suspension and chassis development, and as of 2020, was the Southern California distributor of KTM Sport Cars. His team, Muellerized, prepares KTM X-bows for competition, achieving notable success in the SRO GT4 SprintX season.
