Geoffrey Boss is an American racing driver born on April 26, 1969, in Narragansett, Rhode Island. He is part of a racing family; his grandfather, Russ, raced Jaguar sportscars in the 1950s, and his brothers Andy and Peter also pursued racing careers. Andy competed in Indy Lights, while Peter raced in European Formula 3000 and the American Le Mans Series.
Geoff Boss is best known for his appearance in the 2003 CART season with Dale Coyne Racing, where he secured three points finishes. Earlier in his career, he won the 1999 Toronto Grand Prix in Indy Lights. He also gained experience in various racing series, including the Barber Dodge Pro Series, Skip Barber Formula Ford Series, sportscars, and British Formula Ford.
After his time in CART, Boss continued to be involved in racing, participating in historic racing and endurance events. More recently, he has worked as a driver instructor and has test-driven a Porsche GT3 car. He also keeps his old Indy Lights car in his workshop, showing his enduring passion for motorsport.
