Edouard Mondron

Edouard Mondron, born on September 6, 1986, is a Belgian racing driver with a diverse career spanning various racing series. Mondron began his motorsport journey in 2006, competing in Formula Renault 1.6 Belgium. He transitioned to touring car racing in 2010, joining the Belgian Touring Car Series and finishing second in the championship standings in 2011. In 2012, he ventured into endurance racing, participating in the Blancpain Endurance Series.

In 2016, Mondron teamed up with his brother Guillaume in the TCR Benelux Touring Car Championship, driving a SEAT León. The duo achieved success, finishing eighth overall with one victory and three podiums. They continued their partnership in 2017, winning the first qualifying race of the season at Spa-Francorchamps. April of that year marked Mondron's debut in the TCR International Series, where he piloted a Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR for Delahaye Racing. During his first outing in the TCR International Series at Spa-Francorchamps, Edouard secured two point finishes and even led the race at the start of the second race. Beyond TCR, Edouard has also participated in the European VW Fun Cup, showcasing his versatility across different racing formats.

More recently, in 2020, Mondron finished 2nd in the Volkswagen Fun Cup Europe. Throughout his career, Edouard Mondron has demonstrated his adaptability and skill across various racing disciplines, making him a respected figure in the Belgian motorsport scene.
