Edmond Barseghian

Edmond Barseghian, an American racing driver and entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, has quickly become a notable figure in the motorsports world. Known online as "Mondi," Barseghian began his racing journey around the time of the COVID-19 pandemic and has since immersed himself in various racing disciplines. His most significant experience to date has been in the Western Endurance Racing Championship, where he has competed at tracks such as Utah Motorsports Campus, Willow Springs, and Thunderhill, primarily in a KTM X-Bow GT2. In 2023, he was the Western Endurance Champion.

More recently, Barseghian participated in the FIA World Endurance Championship rookie test in Bahrain, driving an Iron Lynx Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2. He completed 56 laps during the test. This experience marked his first time in GT3 machinery, and he collaborated with experienced driver Gustavo Menezes, who served as a mentor and helped Barseghian adapt to the higher level of competition.

Beyond racing, Barseghian is also known for his YouTube channel, where he showcases his impressive collection of vehicles and documents his journey as a business owner and race car driver. While he has gained attention for some incidents involving his cars, including a crash in a McLaren Senna, his dedication to motorsports is evident. He is exploring opportunities in ACO-rules endurance sports car racing and is considering programs in WEC or ELMS.
