Duvashen Padayachee

Duvashen Padayachee is an accomplished Australian racing driver with a career spanning various racing disciplines. Born on May 4, 1990, Padayachee began his racing journey in karting, achieving early success in the Sydney Karting Club Clubman Light Championship in 2009. Transitioning to Formula racing, he competed in the Pacific Formula BMW in 2010, finishing 11th overall. His career progressed through Formula Renault 2.0 and British Formula 3, where he secured the runner-up position in the National Class of the International Series British Formula 3 in 2012, with six race wins and numerous podium finishes.

Padayachee has also made his mark in the world of Porsche racing, participating in the Australian Porsche Carrera Cup since 2013. In 2022, he joined GWR Australia, driving a Porsche Type 992 911 GT3 Cup machine in the Mobil Pro class. He has also participated in GT racing, including multiple Bathurst 12 Hour races, securing GT3 Am class victories in 2017 and 2018. In 2023, he joined Valmont Racing for the Bathurst 12 Hour, contributing his experience to the team's Silver Class entry. Beyond driving, Padayachee has also been involved in team management, operating the Australian division of ART Grand Prix, a successful junior single-seater team.
